MIND partners with primary care physicians, hospitals, and specialists throughout Southeast Michigan to provide comprehensive neurological evaluation, diagnostics, treatment, and long-term management for complex neurological conditions.

The Westland Center allows patients throughout Western Wayne County to access specialized neurological care closer to home, including neurological evaluation, ongoing disease management, infusion therapy, and on-site EEG and EMG testing.

Yes. MIND offers virtual visits for established MS patients when appropriate, typically for follow-up care and ongoing management. Do you offer interventional pain management care?

Yes, we will offer interventional pain management procedures such as Botox, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections at Westland. For broader interventional pain management, patients can go to our Farmington Hills center for ultrasound-guided procedures, including occipital and peripheral nerve blocks, as well as other advanced interventional therapies.

Where is the Westland Center located?
