The Westland Center allows patients throughout Western Wayne County to access specialized neurological care closer to home, including neurological evaluation, ongoing disease management, infusion therapy, and on-site EEG and EMG testing.

Are virtual visits available for MS care?
Yes. MIND offers virtual visits for established MS patients when appropriate, typically for follow-up care and ongoing management. Initial evaluations, imaging, and certain treatments are performed in person to ensure accurate diagnosis and comprehensive care.

Do you offer interventional pain management care?
Yes, we will offer interventional pain management procedures such as Botox, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections at Westland. For broader interventional pain management, patients can go to our Farmington Hills center for ultrasound-guided procedures, including occipital and peripheral nerve blocks, as well as other advanced interventional therapies.
