Expanded Scope of Services

On-site Infusion Center: Specialized therapies for MS, neuromyelitis optica, migraine, neuromuscular disorders, and Alzheimer’s—ensuring patients receive expert, compassionate care in a comfortable setting.

- EMG (Electromyography) – Precision nerve and muscle function testing
- EEG (Electroencephalography) – In-depth brain wave analysis for epilepsy and other conditions

MIND partners with primary care physicians, hospitals, and specialists throughout Southeast Michigan to provide comprehensive neurological evaluation, diagnostics, treatment, and long-term management for complex neurological conditions.
The Westland Center allows patients throughout Western Wayne County to access specialized neurological care closer to home, including neurological evaluation, ongoing disease management, infusion therapy, and on-site EEG and EMG testing.
MIND provides referring physicians access to:
