DR. FELLOWS SHARES ALZHEIMER’S PREVENTION TIPS AND TREATMENT BREAKTHROUGHS ON CBS DETROIT’S “THE SUNDAY EDITION”

Dr. Jonathan Fellows, board-certified neurologist and head of MIND’s Alzheimer’s Disease & Memory Disorder Center, was recently featured on “The Sunday Edition” with CBS Detroit Radio’s Alisa Zee.

In the interview, Dr. Fellows broke down the role genetics play in Alzheimer’s risk, discussed key screenings patients should request from their primary care providers, and explained how healthy sleep, nutrition, and activity habits support brain health.

He also shared hopeful news about FDA-approved Alzheimer’s treatments now available at the MIND Infusion Center—treatments that are already helping patients slow the progression of the disease, especially when caught early.

MIND recognizes Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month throughout June as an opportunity to emphasize the importance of early detection, expand awareness of available treatments, and support greater understanding of how Alzheimer’s affects patients, families, and communities.

Through compassionate care and ongoing advancements in neurology, we’re committed to improving outcomes and quality of life for those affected.
